Artisan was set up in 2000 by Billy Griffin and Art Mooney. Their aim was to fill a niche in the market with a company that was design led and could produce and roll out high quality signs to a previously unmatched standard. To insure that these standards were met Artisan became ISO 9001 accredited in 2002.
